Kaylah is a Licensed Master Social Worker who sees clients in our Denton office and virtually.  She received her Masters of Social Work degree at The University of Texas at Arlington, and completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Texas Techn University.  With a considerable history working with children, Kaylah is committed to helping individuals across the entire lifespan with issues surrounding anxiety, depression, stress and trauma.  She also specifically specializes in supporting those with chronic illness/pain.     

Treatment Orientation: Eclectic approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Strengths-based.  Faith-based Counseling upon request (Christian). 

Experience: Kaylah specializes in depression and anxiety, trauma and PTSD, Chronic Illness & Pain, and Men & Women's Issues.  She has past experience completing intake assessments, providing crisis intervention and case management, and educating clients in life skills.  

Fees:  Kaylah's full fee is $135.  She also accepts referrals from "Open Path Collective" at a reduced fee of $70-80 per session.   Kaylah is able to accept Aetna and Cigna insurance through supervisory billing.
