Reginald Lewis, MPA

Reginald is passionate about empowering youth and families through structure, accountability, and compassion. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s in Public Administration, and brings years of experience working with justice-involved youth in a variety of settings, including detention, intensive supervision probation, and juvenile specialty courts.

Throughout his career, Reginald has facilitated skill-building groups focused on decision-making, emotional regulation, life skills, and accountability. He is committed to helping youth understand the “why” behind their behavior while building trust and supporting meaningful change.

Reginald leads our MRT (Moral Reconation Therapy) group, where he encourages open dialogue, self-reflection, and peer support to guide participants toward personal growth, honesty, and long-term success. He believes every young person has the capacity to make positive choices when given the right tools and support.

In addition to his professional work, Reginald is an active member of the Church of God in Christ, where he serves in various capacities and remains deeply connected to community outreach. He is also a Doctoral Candidate in Public Administration, furthering his commitment to leadership and systemic improvement in public service.
