Caroline Tseggay, LCSW (she/they)

Caroline is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our Denton office.  She is bilingual in English and Portuguese.  Caroline received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Magna Cum Laude) from UT Dallas.  She then went on to earn her Master's of Social Work degree from UT Arlington.  She has always enjoyed working with people and feels that she found herself when she entered the mental health field!  Caroline's clinical experience comes from working in behavioral health hospitals, both inpatient and outpatient.  She has experience providing therapy to individuals who struggle with substance use and with an extensive history of trauma.  She has extensive experience in working with young adults and adults who have a variety of diagnoses, including personality disorders.  Caroline believes that everyone deserves accessible therapy and a place to be seen and heard.  She is here to help you through your journey, providing compassionate and trauma-informed care from a non-judgmental perspective.  

Treatment Orientation : Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Relational, Strengths-based, and trauma-informed therapy.

Experience: Caroline specializes in working with young adults and adults dealing with trauma, dual-diagnosis, and personality disorders.  But, she also enjoys working with other age groups, couples and families.

Fees/Experience:  Caroline accepts self-pay clients only. Her fee is $175 for intakes, and $160 for ongoing sessions.
