Recovery, Education, Support and Empowering Treatment

RESET provides education, support, and counseling for substance use and emotional wellness. 

Topics may include: relapse prevention, emotion management, coping skills, mental wellness, self-care, trauma, stress management, life skills, family dynamics, healthy relationships, self-empowerment, and conflict resolution.

We have 3 levels of treatment in our program, to offer a step-down transition.  

Each level requires 30 days of sobriety to complete.

Our IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) 

Includes at least 10 hours of Counseling per week: 

Groups: A total of 6 groups per week.  (Meeting 3 times a week for 2 back-to-back 90-minute groups) 

Individual sessions (family sessions available),

for 6+ weeks, until completion

Our SOP (Supportive Outpatient Program) 

Includes 3-9 hours of Counseling per week:

Groups:  Up to 4 of the above groups per week, as recommend by the Treatment Team

Individual and/or family sessions, as recommended

for 6+ weeks, until completion

Outpatient Counseling:  

This is typically an aftercare to completion of our Treatment programs above.  

It  can include attending one night of group per week and/or 

Individual/family counseling with a therapist in our group practice 

**We accept most insurance, and offer a sliding fee rate, based on income and number of dependents.
