Madison Howarth, LMSW

Maddie received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Baylor University, and recently graduated with her Masters of Social Work degree at The University of Texas at Arlington.  Maddie completed her advanced internship with us, and we are very excited she will continue working with our agency and our clients!   

Maddie prefers to work with clients aged 9+ doing individual and family sessions.  She also enjoys working with our RESTART IOP groups.  Maddie has experience or interest in working with domestic abuse, dual-diagnosis, anger management, bullying, thought disorders, eating disorders, family conflict, mood disorders, sexual assault or abuse, behavior issues, substance use, anxiety, depression, teen violence, parenting, grief and loss, and trauma.  

Treatment Orientation: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy, Psychodynamic, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Strengths-based, and trauma-focused therapy. 

Experience: Maddie has experience in previous internships and volunteer work with Advocacy for Crime Victims and Women's Services.  She has facilitated groups with teens on healthy relationships and preventing dating violence.  She has particular experience in trauma and substance abuse.

Fees:  Maddie's full fee is $135 (Intakes $150), and she accepts referrals from "Open Path Collective" at a reduced rate of $70-80.  She accepts Aetna & Cigna through supervisory billing.   

Maddie's license number is 114123, and her NPI is in process. She is supervised by Ryan Dollinger, LCSW-S (#61530).
