Callie Woodruff, LCSW


Callie is passionate about empowering individuals to overcome personal obstacles and negotiate the challenges of life using an empathic, non-judgmental, and goal-oriented approach.  She received her Bachelor's in English from Austin College, and then obtained her Master's in Social Work from UT Arlington. Since then, she has had a wealth of experience in some different settings.  She started her work with military families and victim advocacy, then transitioned to a pediatric hospital system where she enjoys working with teens and families.  


In her approach, she works alongside clients to help teach skills that will help manage emotions, effectively cope with distress, and develop healthier relationships.  She also enjoys helping parents and families support loved ones through validation, limit-setting, and emotional regulation skills.  She emphasizes a warm, relational approach to therapy and believes every individual has the potential to achieve success within his/her personal and professional life. 


Callie is certified in Marriage PREP (Prevention & Relationship Enhancement Program; and trained as a CARE (Child Adult Relationship Enhancement) Instructor.
